What extra expenses must I expect?

In addition to the stand fee, you must expect to be charged for electricity supplied to your stand. You are otherwise free to bring your own fittings with you, such as lights, carpet, furniture and so forth.

However, you can naturally hire everything from us. We offer all types of outfitting services in connection with your exhibition participation.

Everything you order from our service centre in good time before the show will be ready and waiting on your stand when you arrive to assemble it.

Included in the stand hire

Walls with neighbouring stands and front girder. Fascia board with company name and stand number. Inclusion on all hall maps and exhibitor overviews in the exhibition centre, and on the exhibition’s website.

The exhibition’s activity areas also provide opportunities for promoting products without additional cost. An entry in the exhibition catalogue, which is the visitor’s working tool before, during and after the event.

Exhibiting for the first time?

Then we would be grateful if you could send us your web address as well as brochures, photographs and the like which illustrate your products. That will enable us to see where they best fit in with other exhibitors.

We also conduct joint promotions for our new exhibitors at the entrance to the exhibition, in the exhibition catalogue and through special signs for your stand.

More than one on a stand?

Several exhibitors can share a stand. Remember that all companies which intend to sell goods at the exhibition must be registered and pay the registration fee. Only one exhibitor per stand is responsible for paying the stand fee and ordering equipment.

No direct sales allowed

The exhibition is a trade fair for professionals only, and closed to the general public. Orders only may be taken.
